    Not worth the money! |

This thread is awlful to work with. It frays and breaks while sewing..,.constantly have to stop my machine and retreads. With this it worries me about finished product....will it stay together? Sorry I bought it, now I only use it to practice new stitches and use better quality for my quilting and sewing!

    Very poor quality |

I first rated this very good as it looked fine. Today I put it in my sewing machine and sewed with it. What a poor quality thread ! Don't try using this on anything important. The thread has "bumps" through it , very badly crafted. The thread comes apart (like shedding) . The price was good but not if you end up ruining a project because of inferior thread. Never use this in a sewing machine!

Should of Looked at What I Was Getting! |

I guess it's my own fault but I actually expected a large variety of colors. Of the 24 spools, there is 6 black and 6 white. The other 12 are varied. Be sure you're aware of this before purchase. What you see is exactly what you get.

    Nice thread |

The thread was OK. If you are a seamstress or professional then these would not do for you......OK for quick mending or sewing on buttons and that sort of thing.

    Good Price, Nice Assortment |

Its great to have a bunch of different colors of thread so that I can start a project and have the thread I need without running to the store. The price was very reasonable. 150 yds doesn't go very far though, after one (albeit complicated and very thread heavy) dress I am already out of pink. Also, on the last project I did I kept having trouble with the thread breaking. Overall though, I think it was a good purchase.

    Nice variety, nice price |

This is decent thread at a good price. You get more of the thread colors you use the most, white and black, and get a good variety of other colors. The thread is not the best quality out there, but at this price point, it is a good value. The colored thread is good and the coloring is consistent throughout.

Not for vertical spool pins |
    Verified Purchase

My sewing machine has a vertical spool spin and these threads are a pain to work with. The edges are rough on each spool and the thread keeps getting stuck on it. I have to file each spool individually before using it. A nail file works well.

    Don't waste your money |

Don't waste your money! This thread is weak and really fuzzy so it creates a lot of lint which will get into your machine and gunk it up. The thread broke constantly... I couldn't finish a single project without the thread breaking over and over. At first I wasn't sure it was the thread itself, so I grabbed a new spool from the bag and rethreaded my machine, wondering if perhaps it was just that spool. Same problem. Third spool change to a different brand of thread, problem solved. A couple weeks later I am working on a different project and need red thread, so decided to give these another chance since it's the only red thread I have. Within minutes of sewing, thread starts breaking. I have two other brands of thread on hand besides these and I literally only have this problem with this thread. I threw the whole pack of 24 into the trash.

    Great for starting out |

I'm a beginner seamstress and needed a lot of the basics: white and black. Plus some other common colors to play with. This is perfect. I've used the blue for awhile, no problems.

    Bad deal |

Don't waste your money. First, it's hard to get the plastic off the spool. Second, I couldn't find the end thread to start unraveling the thread from the spool. I had to take scissors and cut thread from the center of the spool....not good. THEN, the thread was very tight and hard to unravel. I just gave up. I'm going to toss this package of junk into the trash!. Linda
